How to make a Booking
If you want to book my services you can do so via the booking request form at the end of this section.
Upon any issues with it, feel free to send me an email or a message on Whatsapp which you can find at the bottom of the page. I suggest you first take a look at the calendar below to check my availability.
In your message please include:
‣ Your address or post code
‣ Which service you’d like to book
‣ The days you will need my services
Payment:
In order for your booking to be confirmed, 50% of the booking fee will have to be paid upfront. The rest of the fee shall be paid the day before the booking starts. If you were to cancel 10 days before the booking starts, you will get this payment refunded.
I work with several payment methods that can be discussed via message or email.
Please keep in mind
‣ Extra fees may apply to your booking. You can check if that's the case by clicking here.
‣ Bookings that take place during school holidays in Noord Brabant are considered as high peak and have a different price than off peak bookings.
‣ Before requesting a booking, please check the terms and conditions you will be agreeing to.
‣ I work with specific rules regarding modifications and cancellations, the ones which are listed down below.
‣ If you were to need a last minute booking (meaning that the first visit would start within 4 days) it might be possible that I could fit it in my schedule for an extra fee. You can check the details here.
‣ It is mandatory to have a carrier bag at hand (not in the shed or in the attic) available for me to accept the booking. This is key whenever an emergency situation arises.
‣ I don't accept bookings of intermittent days, such as visiting one day yes and one day no. I do this because it can be very dangerous for a cat to be unattended for a full day.
‣Once the booking is confirmed, I will send you two forms. One is a summary of the terms and conditions I work with and the other one gathers the important information related to the booking. Please update the latter before the start of every booking.
Modifications and Cancellations

The booking can be cancelled with no costs 10 days before it starts. In that case, you'll get a full refund, but if you were to cancel within 10 days or less, you’ll get a 50% refund instead.
In case date modifications are needed, they can be done up to 7 days before the booking starts. After that, the days initially chosen will be charged, even if the booking has become shorter.

If you were to arrive home earlier than expected, it’s possible that I may not be able to adjust the time of the visit of that day to a time before you get home. That visit will have to be skipped and it won’t be refunded.

Bookings that get cancelled can't be used for later in the month/year.
This is because I save the dates/time slots for visits specially for the confirmed bookings, thus I'm forced to cancel new bookings if the day it's too full.

If you would need a last minute booking (starting within 4 days) it might be possible that I still have availability. Please keep in mind that extra fees apply.

Below are the school holidays for Noord-Brabant in the Netherlands in 2026.
A fee difference applies on these days:

‣ May break: 25 April until 3 May 2026
‣ Summer break: 11 July until 23 August 2026
‣ Autumn break: 17 October until 25 October 2026
‣ Christmas break: 19 December 2026 until 3 January 2027
Work Zone
My basic fee covers most areas of Eindhoven, but visits to Meerhoven have an extra cost.
I also cover certain areas of Veldhoven and Waalre for an extra cost.
