Hi there, I'm Sophie

Professional Cat Sitter & Pet Photographer based in The Netherlands.

I’ve been surrounded by animals all my life, starting with my first rescue cat when I was five years old. Growing up in Buenos Aires, helping animals in need was a natural part of daily life. Today, my deep love and respect for animals drive everything I do—providing calm, attentive, and highly professional care so your pets feel completely safe in their own home.

1992

A Lifelong Connection with Animals

Surrounded by animals from day one, starting with my first rescue cat at age five. Growing up, my family and I always opened our home to injured birds and any animal needing care.

1992-2010

Veterinary Studies & Early Animal Welfare

Caring for animals became my lifelong passion. To deepen my understanding of animal health and behavior, I studied Veterinary Medicine at the University of Buenos Aires, completing two years of rigorous coursework before transitioning into hands-on care.

2010 - 2018

Dog Sitting & Professional Grooming

Worked as a dedicated dog sitter for over four years, building lasting relationships with pets and their owners. During this time, I also worked as a professional dog groomer across several pet shops, gaining essential hands-on experience in animal handling, stress management, and daily care routines.

2018 - 2021

Moving to The Netherlands

Relocated to The Netherlands in 2018. By 2021, I re-established my professional pet care career locally, combining my passion for animal welfare with dedicated in-home care services.

2022

Built a reputation as a trusted local pet sitter across major platforms, earning over 35 five-star client reviews. Driven by high demand and a passion for animal care, I officially transitioned to full-time pet sitting.
